ActiveGlobeBTC Review –  Ponzi Scheme  –  MLM Scam

Website & Company Information

The web domain of the company was privately registered on 12 December 2019. The website doesn’t provide any information about the owner or the team of the company.

However, the company has listed its address on the site along with company reg. no 10524514. Since the company is claiming to be incorporated in the U.K., we searched with the company number on

You can see that the company number points out to BITDIG BUSINESS LIMITED, that already got dissolved on 22 May 2018.

Owners running FOUR different scams?

We ran a plagiarism search on the contents of the about page of the site, and we were shocked to find out FOUR different MLMs using the same language. It is most probably that the owner is running four various MLMs to earn more. These websites are easy to set.

Alright, so far it’s not looking good, and it seems like we are reviewing four MLM opportunities all at once because if ActiveGlobeBTC turns out to be a scam, then all the other one are scams too. In fact, some of these sites are using the same company number. And despite only coming into existence late last year, ActiveGlobeBTC claims it has been up since the 5000 days.

Also, the U.K. is one of the most favourable jurisdictions for scammers, and 90% of all the shady MLMs are registered in the U.K. Also, U.K. incorporation is dirt cheap.

As always, if a company is not transparent about their incorporation and its corporate structure, then you must think twice before handing over your hard-earned money to them.

ActiveGlobeBTC’s Products

The company has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market ActiveGlobaBTC affiliate membership itself.

ActiveGlobeBTC’s Compensation Plan

ActiveGlobeBTC promises ROI of up to 198%. These ROIs depend upon the volume of funds invested by ActiveGlobeBTC affiliates:

  • Starter Plan — invest $100 — $500 and get a 132% ROI
  • Pro Plan — invest $500 — $5000 and get a 154% ROI
  • Business Plan — invest $5000 — $10,000 and get a 198% ROI

The company hasn’t yet specifically said anything about investment maturity.

Referral Commissions

ActiveGlobeBTC also pays referral commissions on invested funds are paid out down three levels of recruitment (unilevel):

  • 5% on level 1 (direct recruits)
  • 3% on level 2
  • 1% on level 3

All the representatives earn 10% on level 1. It is unclear how affiliates get qualified as representatives.

Joining ActiveGlobeBTC

Joining ActiveGlobeBTC affiliate membership is free. However, full participation in the attached income opportunity requires a minimum investment of $100.

The company claims of generating income via bitcoin mining and trading. We checked the whole website and also tried looking at its official social handles, but we failed to see any evidence that backs their claim of generating revenue through mining or trading or anything.

ActiveGlobeBTC, along with three more websites, is being run by the same owners who promise a 198% ROI. Think about this, if the so-called business owners can make 198% ROI the why do they need your money?

Wrapping up this review just like always — ActiveGlobeBTC is honouring payouts to existing affiliates via new investments done by new affiliates. When new investments stop coming in, the system will collapse, and the majority of the participants will lose money.
