Fortron Review  –  Ponzi Scheme –  MLM Scam

Website & Company Information

The web domain of the company was privately registered on the 14th of August 2020 and was later updated on 2020–09–01. The website provides no information about who owns or runs the company.

The company’s name and the nature of the business reminded us about a similar company that we reviewed in early May 2020. Fortron gives a feel of Forsage 2.0, but this new scheme is deployed on the TRON blockchain.

After further research, we were able to confirm that the owner of Forsage is behind Fortron. You can see Forsage’s owner and top scammers from Forsage discussing Fortron.

Talking about Forsage, it is a gifting scheme that was deployed on the ethereum blockchain. Many prominent names in the industry marked the scheme as fraudulent, and after July 2020, the traffic on the Forsage website started to go down.

It was founded by Lado Okhotnikov and blended a gifting scheme with a Ponzi business model. We now conclude that the downfall of Forsage led to the birth of Fortron scheme.

Based on Forsage’s Alexa web traffic estimates, the majority of victims are in the US, India and Nigeria.

Fortron’s Products

The company has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market Fortron affiliate membership itself.

Fortron’s Compensation Plan

Just like Forsage, Fortron’s business model constitutes a gifting scheme mixed with a Ponzi scheme. The only difference is Tron (TRX) used in place of ethereum.

Matrix sizes used in Fortron’s cycler are 3×1 and 2×2.

A 3×1 matrix is simple in nature, requiring only three positions to be filled.

A 2×2 matrix starts with two positions on the first level, which expand to four positions on the second level.

Fortron attributes to the 3×1 matrix as FTR3 and the 2×2 as FTR4. The first 100 TRX buy-in is split evenly between both matrices.

Direct and indirect recruitment of Forsage affiliates fills the positions in FTR3 and FTR4. A cycle commission is triggered once all positions are filled. The position cycling out of the matrix also enters a new matrix of the same size.

There are twelve tiers in both the FTR3 and FTR4 cycler tiers. Tiers must be bought into manually and in order. Cycle commissions paid across Fortron’s FTR3 and FTR4 cycler tiers are as follows:

FTR3

The first two positions filled in an FTR3 matrix are gifted directly.

The 50 TRX position from the third position is used to create an upline matrix position on the same tier (in effect, gifting the 50 TRX to your upline).

  • tier 1 (positions cost 50 TRX) — get 100 TRX and a new tier 1 position
  • tier 2 (positions cost 100 TRX) — get 200 TRX and a new tier 2 position
  • tier 3 (positions cost 200 TRX) — get 400 TRX and a new tier 3 position
  • tier 4 (positions cost 400 TRX) — get 800 TRX and a new tier 4 position
  • tier 5 (positions cost 800 TRX) — get 1600 TRX and a new tier 5 position
  • tier 6 (positions cost 1600 TRX) — get 3200 TRX and a new tier 6 position
  • tier 7 (positions cost 3200 TRX) — get 6400 TRX and a new tier 8 position
  • tier 8 (positions cost 6400 TRX) — get 12,800 TRX and a new tier 8 position
  • tier 9 (positions cost 12,800 TRX) — get 25,600 TRX and a new tier 9 position
  • tier 10 (positions cost 25,600 TRX) — get 51,200 TRX and a new tier 10 position
  • tier 11 (positions cost 51,200 TRX) — get 102,400 TRX and a new tier 11 position
  • tier 12 (positions cost 102,400 TRX) — get 204,800 TRX and a new tier 12 position

FTR4

The first two positions in an FTR4 matrix pass gifting

  • tier 1 (positions cost 50 TRX) — get 150 TRX and a new tier 1 position
  • tier 2 (positions cost 100 TRX) — get 300 TRX and a new tier 2 position
  • tier 3 (positions cost 200 TRX) — get 600 TRX and a new tier 3 position
  • tier 4 (positions cost 400 TRX) — get 1200 TRX and a new tier 4 position
  • tier 5 (positions cost 800 TRX) — get 2400 TRX and a new tier 5 position
  • tier 6 (positions cost 1600 TRX) — get 4800 TRX and a new tier 6 position
  • tier 7 (positions cost 3200 TRX) — get 9600 TRX and a new tier 8 position
  • tier 8 (positions cost 6400 TRX) — get 19,200 TRX and a new tier 8 position
  • tier 9 (positions cost 12,800 TRX) — get 38,400 TRX and a new tier 9 position
  • tier 10 (positions cost 25,600 TRX) — get 76,800 TRX and a new tier 10 position
  • tier 11 (positions cost 51,200 TRX) — get 153,600 TRX and a new tier 11 position
  • tier 12 (positions cost 102,400 TRX) — get 307,200 TRX and a new tier 12 position

Joining Fortron

Like other matrix cyclers, joining Fortron affiliate membership is not free, and it is tied to a minimum 100TRX cycler position purchase.

Conclusion

Well, since Forsage has gone down, the owners don’t want the money stream to drop. And this is why they have launched Fortron.

Fortron is the same wine with a new package. Same smart contract script, but deployed on Tron blockchain instead of Ethereum. The math behind Fortron is the same as that of Forsage, or indeed any gifting scheme.

Majority of the participants will have to lose money in order for people at the top of the company-wide matrix to steal enough money to buy luxury cars etc.

As with Forsage, Fortron will facilitate this until recruitment dies off again. As per our experience, reboot schemes doesn’t last long and usually collapse within some months.
