EX Bonds Review  –  Ponzi Scheme  –  MLM Scam

Website & Company Information

The web domain of the company was privately registered on the 26th of February 2020 and was later updated on 2020–08–26. The website does not provide any information about who owns or runs the company.

According to the site, the company is incorporated in the U.K. as EX Bonds LTD with a company number: 12485609 — with an address:

5 Monmouth Street, London, England, WC2H 9DG

Ironically, this address belongs to the Mariott hotels group. Also, as per our experience reviewing these MLM schemes, we have recognised a pattern that most of these MLMs are registered in the U.K. The U.K. is one of the most favourable jurisdictions for scammers, and this is the reason why 90% of all the shady MLMs are registered in the U.K. Also, U.K. incorporation is dirt cheap.

In the U.K. GOV companies information site, under “Nature of Business (SIC) they claim — 66300 — Fund management activities.

But, they have yet officially registered with the FCA — meaning they cant offer passive income opportunities in the U.K.

As always, if the company is not being transparent about its corporate structure, then you must think twice before handing over your hard-earned money to anonymous people on the internet.

Conclusion

According to the official statements given by the company, they generate external revenue through F.X. Trading, cryptocurrency trading, gold trading etc.

No evidence of Ex Bonds engaging in trading of any kind is provided. Nor is there any evidence Ex Bonds is paying returns with any other source of external revenue.

Ex Bonds compensation plan also constitute a passive income opportunity scheme, and an MLM cannot promise passive returns without getting registered with the financial regulator of that jurisdiction. As per our research, Ex Bonds is not registered with the FCA or any financial regulator in any jurisdiction — this concludes that the company is illegally offering securities. In Fact, they are boasting a fake address with SHELL incorporation in order to appear genuine. Bonus Point — The owners of the company are anonymous.

As we see, affiliates signup, invest funds and receive commissions from the people who join the system after them. And this scheme will collapse when withdrawals exceed new investment.
