FCML Review  –  Ponzi Scheme  –  MLM Scam

Website & Company Information

The web domain of the company was registered on the 18th of February 2020 and was later updated on 2020–02–23. The website does not provide any information about the owner or the team behind the company.

The website provides a U.K. incorporation certificate in an attempt to look genuine. According to the cert. the name of the company is “Forex Capital Marketing Limited”

The document shows that the company was registered in September 2000. Now the question arises if this incorporation has anything to do with FCML or not?

Because modern shell companies choose a name that is already operating in the industry as a legitimate brand and then they show-off the incorporation certification of that company to look genuine.

Fact: The U.K. is one of the most favourable jurisdictions for scammers, and 90% of all the shady MLMs are registered in the U.K. Also, U.K. incorporation is dirt cheap.

Content in the About Us page is plagiarized

The content provided in the about us page of the company is an exact copy of the content that was originally posted on the about us page of Bit Xchange, International Relieve Trade Group and Oduwa Coin.

In Fact, Bit Xchange is an exact copy of FCML | Or the same people are running both the schemes.

As always, if the company is not being transparent about its corporate structure, then you must think twice before handing over your hard-earned money to anonymous people on the internet.

FCML’s Products

The company has no retail option to speak of. They are only offering their affiliate membership program.

  • level 1 (direct recruits) — 8%
  • level 2–5%
  • level 3–4%
  • level 4–3%
  • level 5–2%
  • levels 6 to 8–1%

Joining FCML

Joining FCML affiliate membership is free. However, full participation in the attached income opportunity requires a minimum investment of $50.

Conclusion

The company claims of generating revenue through ‘Forex and commodities markets’ and yet it fails to provide any substantial evidence to back its claim.

Another big question that you may want to ask is, if the admins are able to make a daily return of 13%, then why do they need your money? Why ain’t they Buffet yet? FCML fails the Ponzi Logic Test.

Just like the other MLM businesses we have reviewed so far, the only source of income going into the company is the new investment, and the company uses these funds to honour withdrawal requests by existing affiliates.

And once these funds stop coming in, you know how it goes!
