Frequency Review  – Ponzi Scheme – MLM Scam

Website & Company Information

The web domain of the company was privately registered on the 25th of October 2019 and was later updated on 2019–11–10. The company does not provide any corporate address on the site.

At the time of writing this article, Alexa cites Mexico(53.1%) and Uruguay(46.9%) as top sources of traffic to Frequency’s website.

CEO, David merino is heading the company along with the Expansion Director, Julian Guzman.

Note: Around three months ago, the website had Silvia Franch as the CEO of the company. Since Silvia has been associated with FXTV Global Ponzi scheme, many reviewers pointed out the same, and this resulted in a significant negative PR. The Frequencyy management had to change the CEO to keep their books clean.

Alright, let’s move on to the next section where we review the company’s products.

Frequencyy’s Products

The company has no products or services to offer, with affiliates only able to market Frequency affiliate membership itself.

Frequency’s Compensation Plan

The affiliates invest anywhere between $50 to $100,000 in Bitcoin (BTC) in order to receive a monthly ROI.

Direct Referral Commissions

The affiliates are rewarded referral commissions on invested funds down three levels of recruitment (unilevel):

  • level 1 (direct recruits) — 10%
  • level 2–3%
  • level 3–2%

Residual Commissions

The company pays residual commissions via a binary compensation structure.

The affiliates commission percentages depend on the volume of their investment:

  • Pack 1 — invest a minimum of $50 and get a 6% residual commission rate capped at $500 a day.
  • Pack 2 — invest a minimum of $500 and get a 6% residual rate capped at $500 a day.
  • Pack 3 — invest a minimum of $1000 and get an 8% residual commission rate capped at $1000 a day.
  • Pack 4 — invest a minimum of $2000 and get a 10% residual commission rate capped at $2000 a day.
  • Pack 5 — invest a minimum of $5000 and get a 14% residual commission rate capped at $4000 a day.
  • Pack 6 — invest a minimum of $10,000 and get a 16% residual commission rate capped at $10,000 a day.
  • Pack 7 — invest a minimum of $15,000 and get a 17% residual commission rate capped at $15,000 a day.
  • Pack 8 — invest a minimum of $20,000 and get an 18% residual commission rate capped at $20,000 a day.
  • Pack 9 — invest a minimum of $30,000 and get a 19% residual commission rate capped at $30,000 a day.
  • Pack 10 — invest a minimum of $40,000 and get a 19% residual commission rate capped at $40,000 a day.
  • Pack 11 — invest a minimum of $50,000 and get a 20% residual commission rate capped at $50,000 a day.
  • Pack 12 — invest a minimum of $100,000 and get a 20% residual commission rate capped at $100,000 a day.

Once matched volume is flushed, and the leftover volume (if any)on the stronger binary team side is carried over.

Joining Frequency

The annual fee of Frequency affiliate membership is $25. And if you want to participate in the full income opportunity mentioned above, then the minimum required investment is $50.

Conclusion

The CEO of a collapsed Ponzi scheme running another similar company is a matter of concern.

Frequency claims of making money through its “automated systems”. And to be fair, we do not believe in these outdated claims. It would be very helpful if the company could back its claims with some substantial evidence.

Frequency is illegally offering securities because it is promoting a passive income scheme without any registrations from any Financial regulator.

The CNBV regulates securities in Mexico. Neither Frequency or David merino are registered with the CNBV. Nor does the company provide evidence of having registered with Mexico’s National Banking and Securities Commission, or Uruguay’s Banco Central del Uruguay.

The only verifiable income source of Frequency is new investment. They are paying existing affiliates using the new money pumped by new affiliates. As always, when withdrawals exceed deposits, you know what will happen.
