Diamonds Capital Review – Ponzi Scheme – MLM Scam

Website & Company Information

The company has its HQ in the UK and claims to be incorporated on September 2nd, 2019.

The domain ‘https://diamonds.capital/’ was registered privately on the15th of August 2019.

The company looks legitimate at the beginning due to its UK incorporation certificate for Diamonds Capital Limited.

However, it should be noted that the UK is one of the most favourable jurisdictions for scammers, and 90% of all the shady MLMs are registered in the UK. Also, UK incorporation is dirt cheap.

Note — Top sources of traffic to Diamonds Capital’s website are South Korea, Taiwan and Vietnam, which means the owner of the company is operating from outside the UK.

Team & Office

Robert Clarkson is the CEO of the company, and he is featured in almost all the marketing videos.

His expressions, accent and delivery suggest that he is an actor and most of his videos are scripted. Even, some of his videos are dubbed to hide his ethnicity.

The company also flexes an appealing company tour video on its website. Irony is, the office looks like a temporary rented space filled with actors.

Products

Just like other ‘questionable’ MLMs, Diamond Capital does not have any relatable products or services to offer. The company only sells its MLM plans.

Compensation & Affiliates Plans

The company accepts investment from affiliates in USD, Bitcoin, Ethereum anticipating a minimum daily return of 1.5% for 30 days.

This means an investment of $10,000 will give a daily return of $150 for the next 30 days (if not compounded). This makes it 45% ROI in just 30 days which is technically impossible.

With 5 compensation plans in place, the numbers go as high as 105% per month.

Note:

Minimum Investment in USD — $30

Minimum Investment in BTC — 0.003BTC

Minimum Investment in ETH — 0.15

ROIs are different based on the asset you chose, such as USD, BTC or ETH.

Referral Commissions

For referral commissions, the company has a uni-level compensation structure in place. It is scary that the company do not cap referral levels and theoretically allows one to reap the benefits of having an unlimited number of levels under them.

Uni-Level Structure

Joining Diamonds Capital

Diamonds Capital affiliate membership is tied to a minimum investment of:

$30 in USD; 0.003 BTC; or 0.15 ETH

Conclusion

The company proudly claims that it generates revenue via its revolutionary crypto trading bot. Yet, there is no proof of such trading activity. If the anonymous owners of the company can generate a daily ROI of 3.5%, then why would they ask people for money? It fails the Ponzi logic test.

The company has been hiding its real team and trying to please investors with actors.

The owners have also hidden the comments section and like/dislike stats on their youtube channel. The reason behind this is simple, they are not paying people as they promise on their site, and they don’t want to lose potential victims because of bad reviews.

It is evident that the company generates income only through new investment, and that’s all. And you know what happens when new investments stop coming in.
